James “Jim” Blair, age 58, lifelong resident of Overbrook, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 1, 2025,  Jim proudly served his country in the United States Navy for six years. Following his honorable discharge from the service he went on to enjoy a 27-year career as a firefighter for the city of Pittsburgh.

In his free time, Jim enjoyed golfing and trips to the beach. He was a dedicated family man who was always there to cheer his children on and enjoyed serving as the coach for their basketball, baseball and hockey teams.
