Age 88, of Whitehall, formerly of Carrick, passed away on August 29, 2023. Francis was a retired City of Pittsburgh Firefighter and retired union bricklayer. He was a car cruise enthusiast and enjoyed restoring his ’40 Packard and ’72 Impala.
